End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and HappyMod (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding the use of the HappyMod mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.

1. License Grant

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

  • This license does not grant you ownership of the App or any of its content.

2. Premium Access & Payments

  • Access to all games and content in HappyMod requires a valid subscription or in-app purchase.

  • Payments are processed securely through the official app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or the app store’s policies.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App or its content.

  • Attempt to bypass, hack, or exploit the App’s payment system.

  • Share your account or subscription with others.

  • Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or commercial purposes.

4. Ownership

  • All content, games, graphics, and intellectual property within the App are owned or licensed by HappyMod.

  • You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App.

5. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, or have parental guidance.

  • By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

6. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement.

  • Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately end.

7. No Gambling or Real-Money Rewards

  • The App does not include gambling, betting, or real-money prize features.

  • All games are for entertainment purposes only.

8. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy within the App to understand how we handle data.

  • By using the App, you consent to our privacy practices.

9. Updates & Changes

  • We may update the App, features, or this Agreement at any time.

  • Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Agreement.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free gameplay, or compatibility with all devices.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, HappyMod is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the App.

12. Governing Law

  • This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

By installing and using HappyMod, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this EULA.
